1. There will only be one attempt made for installment deduction from my credit card.\u00a0 The Company is authorized but not obliged to attempt a subsequent deduction if the earlier one fails.<\/p>\n

2. I hereby agree that\u00a0<\/span><\/span>The Company<\/span><\/span>\u00a0shall not issue the official receipt to me when I opt for direct debit payment mode.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

3. I must inform\u00a0<\/span><\/span>The Company<\/span><\/span>\u00a0in writing of any changes pertaining to the credit card, including new account numbers, termination or cancellation of credit card accounts at least 30 days before the next installment due date.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

4. The Company<\/span><\/span>\u00a0may at its absolute discretion at any time without prior notice, terminate this authorization without assigning any reason and thereupon shall be under no obligation to debit my credit card for installment payment.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

5. This authorization will remain effective for the protection of<\/span><\/span>\u00a0The Company<\/span><\/span>\u00a0notwithstanding my death, incapacity or revocation of this authorization by any other means until written notice of the same is<\/span><\/span>\u00a0received by The Company<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

6. The Company<\/span><\/span>\u00a0is under no obligation to\u00a0<\/span>honour<\/span>\u00a0any auto debit instructions unless there is sufficient available credit limit in my credit card account at the time the payment is due.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

7. The Company<\/span><\/span>\u00a0shall not be held responsible or liable for any claims, loss, damages costs and \/ or expenses arising from the successful and unsuccessful processing of the debit due to exceeding credit limit, malfunction of the system, electricity failure and \/ or other factors beyond the control of\u00a0<\/span><\/span>The Company<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

8. I hereby agree to indemnify and keep\u00a0<\/span><\/span>The Company<\/span><\/span>\u00a0indemnified against any claims, losses, damages, costs and \/ or expenses which\u00a0<\/span><\/span>The Company<\/span><\/span>\u00a0may suffer or incur as a result of my authorization to debit the said credit card account.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

9. This authorization shall remain binding upon me until\u00a0<\/span><\/span>The Company<\/span><\/span>\u2019s receipt of my written notification to cancel the authorization.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span>The Company\u00a0<\/span><\/span>is entitled to disallow any debit from my credit card upon notice of my death or bankruptcy.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
